Woman Sweating

Because of the way society is structured in this day and age, it is imperative to for people to stay as sweat-free and sweet smelling as possible. That in turn means resorting to the use of deodorants and antiperspirants and other such devices to help us control our sweating problems. More so than for a man, for a woman sweating and the stains and odors that go along with it are a real problem.

All that and then the fact that most advertising promotions are aimed at women and how to stop sweating or control it, makes for a very neurotic population of women. Smelling sweet and staying sweat free are on a woman's mind all the time, and most will not leave the house without applying a fresh dash of perfume or fresh deodorant. Probably the last time you left your house without thinking of how you smelled, was long before you discovered the wonders of deodorants.

For a woman sweating is definitely a major problem, and it is a chore to always look fresh and shiny with no traces showing that you are human and may be prone to sweating. But what about all the chemicals and strange ingredients in all the commercial deodorants and antiperspirants that are on the market shelves? What could they be doing to your body?

We have been raised to believe that sweat is bad and worse yet, the smell of sweat is one of the capital offenses of society.

True, smelling of sweat is no picnic either for you or for those around you, but sweating is an absolutely essential part of your bodily functions and inhibiting this function just to be able to go about in society with your head held high is a high price, which you will have to pay for, in the future.

Science tells us over and over again that there is no established link between breast cancer in women and the use of the chemical laden deodorants and pore-clogging antiperspirants. With that said by the powers that be, it is implied that it is safe to use them without further thought as to the consequences.

These are just semantics, a tap dancing around the real issue in which deodorant and antiperspirant giants make use of the neurosis that a woman sweating even moderately, has these days.

What did other civilizations do in the days before all these chemicals? There must have been some means for staying relatively sweat free and smelly without having to use toxin laden materials. Not every previous culture on the earth was as dirty and stinky as our ancestors from the middle ages.

The answer of course, is there were such civilizations and yes, they had means of dealing with sweat, and dealing with it in a natural manner without resorting to the use of nasty toxins. And for today's woman sweating need no longer be controlled by modern deodorants and antiperspirants, instead they can turn to these age old natural methods to help deal with any sweat problems.
